Module 9 : Business Development

The course emphasizes project management and entrepreneurship/intrapreneurship issues focused on small business development and activity development in established companies. It gives an overview of tools and practices applicable to all kinds and sizes of projects in (European) business, government, and non-for-profit organizations.

It will focus on practical project management issues and gives an overview of developing a business plan.
